  • Healthy Harmony welcomes individuals of all genders. To utilize Healthy Harmony's services, you must meet the following criteria:

    1. Be 18 years of age or older.

    2. Reside in or be physically present in one of the states where our services are available.

    3. Demonstrate a medical necessity for treatment.

  • Healthy Harmony is engineered to offer more than just a telehealth platform, yet remains effortlessly user-friendly for our clients. Initiating treatment is as simple as following three easy steps:

    1. Complete a medical intake and, if required, undergo lab work to confirm the medical necessity for treatment.

    2. Engage in a telehealth (audio-visual) appointment with your new healthcare provider.

    3. If deemed medically appropriate, receive your medication via mail every 30, 60, or 90 days from a designated mail-order pharmacy provider, depending on your provider's recommendation.

    Our goal is to facilitate the establishment of a long-term relationship with your provider, ensuring ongoing care tailored to your specific condition. With this in mind, Healthy Harmony is tailored for patients seeking sustained care.

Medication & Services Questions

  • We collaborate with a third-party compounding pharmacy to handle your prescription (if approved). Your medication will be shipped directly from the pharmacy to the address we have on file for you.

  • The program costs shown on our website encompass medication expenses (if approved by your provider). To enhance convenience, you're billed once per month for the entire program cost.

  • Similar to a conventional clinic, payment covers the services provided by the healthcare provider and their time dedicated to your telehealth appointment. Payment does not assure the issuance or dispensing of a prescription medication. If you are not approved, your provider can often suggest alternative therapies for which you may be medically eligible. If this is not satisfactory to you, we provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all payments.

  • While most providers Healthy Harmony collaborates with boast diverse experience, the nature of telehealth may limit our ability to facilitate certain conditions and treatments. We encourage you to consult with a local provider who can assess your condition thoroughly.

    Healthy Harmony does not provide or endorse treatments involving:

    1. Prescription Narcotics (Opiates)

  • GLP-1 Weight Management programs necessitate patients to be at least 18 years old and no older than 75.

    Medical Weight Management programs mandate patients to be at least 18 years old and no older than 70.

    Insomnia programs mandate patients to be at least 18 years old and no older than 65.

Provider & Clinician Questions

  • After you've finished filling out your medical intake forms, our team will arrange your telehealth appointment with your provider. Your provider will conduct a two-way audiovisual (telehealth) appointment that is HIPAA-compliant telehealth system.

    In essence, you'll have a video call with the provider.

  • Yes, depending on the specific state in question. Healthy Harmony operates solely in states where telehealth is permitted for this specific use-case.

  • While some telehealth companies may send medication after completing an online survey, the providers at Healthy Harmony believe this isn't sufficient for making a diagnosis, particularly for new clients. All clients are required to engage in two-way audiovisual communication (video call) with a provider.

Pharmacy Question

  • We can send your prescription to any pharmacy of your choice. However, please be aware that most local pharmacies do not honor the pricing offered by Healthy Harmony Meds. As a result, you may need to pay out-of-pocket at the pharmacy to receive your medication. And you will still be responsible for your subcription fee. Healthy Harmony Meds is unable to assist with these additional costs if you incur them.

Cost & Financial Questions

  • Given the substantial healthcare expenses in America, we've crafted all our programs with the aim of maximizing affordability. Numerous patients save hundreds of dollars monthly through the Healthy Harmony platform.

    Prices fluctuate depending on your particular program and treatment options. All prices are transparently presented upfront before any billing occurs and encompass all charges. We never conceal any hidden fees in fine print; the program price is prominently displayed.

  • We do not accept any public or private health insurance plans, cost-sharing arrangements, or similar methods of payment for weight loss services. Clients are entirely responsible for covering the cost of the service.

    For Mental Health services including talk therapy, couple therapy and other forms of behavioral health therapy, we only accept Cigna and Aetna. All other insurances are out-of-network.

  • For Cigna and Aetna clients only - you can book an appointment for mental health/behavioral services. You can call 386-868-4100 to book an appointment.

  • No, the prices of all our plans are prominently displayed on our website. You only pay the flat fee per month as shown. If you decide to use a pharmacy not listed among our suggestions, you may need to pay for your medication at the pharmacy.

  • No, Healthy Harmony is offered on a month-to-month basis. We do not require you to sign up for any specific length of time.

  • You can cancel anytime through our website. It's that simple. Just email us your cancellation request.
